Staff not dog friendly

This place is not at all what the posted pictures look like. It’s dark and run down. Had my payment been refundable, I would have canceled and went somewhere else. The staff was extremely rude upon arrival. As soon as they saw my dog when we walked in the door, the front desk worker was yelling “that dog is not allowed.” My dog was clearly within the weight limit and they should have known I reserved a Fido room. We had to wait 40 minutes to check in as they weren’t ready for the turnover. As I said the room could use a deep cleaning and updating. They bathroom sink and tub both have a very slow drain. I didn’t partake in the breakfast because of the uncleanliness of the place.
