Location was good
Colonial Motel and SpaNot very clean, long overdue for a remodel. Glad we were there for just 2 nights. Lots of what I will call transients staying there. It looked like they had been there for quite a while - cardboard boxes outside the rooms, kids riding bikes in the parking lot. Rooms themselves were in pretty rough condition.

First timer
Avanti Palms Resort and Conference CenterHotel experience was poor. I think our dog had a better time than we did! Who takes 45 minutes for a Check in. Our room was covered with sand, asked for 4 days to get it vacuumed, it never happened. Same thing with the cafe, 4 people behind the counter, for some reason only 1 person did all the work. 15 minutes to get a coffee. I need my coffee in the morning,
