Satisfactory accommodations

Was given room on first floor as requested. Room door opened directly to outside. Handicapped parking was conveniently just outside my room. Breakfast was standard motel fare and well stocked. Room and dining area were clean. Bed comfortable. Front desk personnel were helpful, available, and cordial. Well priced.

Room had carpet rather than vinyl floor. Minimal sloping grassy area on other side of parking lot. Older motel (from another generation) was pleasantly homey but could do with some upgrading and refurbishing. Would I stay here again? Yes, if traveling on I-81 and needed a place to stay in the Roanoke area.
