Exceptional!
Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention CenterOur stay at Mirabeau was exceptional. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pet area was close by and was, by far, the nicest we saw on our cross country trip. Rooms for travelers with pets are in a separate wing and the first floor rooms have patios which allowed us to take our dogs directly outside. The breakfast was great as was the on-site room service pizza. We would highly recommend the Mirabeau for a pet friendly stay.

Great Stay
Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid CityThe staff, room, and breakfast was great and they have a nice pet relief area. They now allow two pets up to 40 pounds each and had us sign a release with each dog's name and weight. However, we saw dogs that were over 40 lbs at the hotel so there appears to be some leniency. Overall it was a great place to stay with our 2 dogs.

Acceptable Stay
AmericInn by Wyndham Johnston Des MoinesThe hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was OK, and there was a good pet relief area. The pet fees and rules were as advertised. We booked and paid extra for, a room with 2 queen beds to accommodate our 2 dogs, but we were told the hotel does not have any rooms with 2 queens. Our room also had a musty smell.

Good Night's Stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairborn Wright-PattersonThe hotel staff was friendly, room was clean, and the pet relief area was good. The breakfast was disappointing but McDonald's was just around the corner. A good place to stay with our 2 dogs for the night and a safe place to park our vehicle and trailer.
