Good experience

We stayed in a suite for a really fair price and enjoyed our stay. There was side walks and a big grassy area to take our dogs, which was a must. Overall good experience.

Terrible experience, worse service

We booked our room online through BringFido, as usual... We got there at 430pm to check in (5+ hours after making reservations). I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone came to the front. Then we find out none of their pet rooms are clean. We had to sit in the car in the parking lot and wait for them to clean one. The girl at the counter also said their pricing was all wrong and listed wrong and wanted to charge me again at a different rate than what I had already paid. The room was decent and had laminate floors which was nice, but that was the only nice thing. There was no area to take our dogs and there was dog poop everywhere. To make matters worse, the person right next to us had a stout dog that Brked at everything and the guy kept the blinds and windows open, so it was hard and worrisome to leave. The people and their dog kept us and our dogs up all night.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you have your dogs!
