Clean inside, but grounds need work
La Quinta Inn Lexington/Horse ParkClean room, good bed and pillow, a shower instead of a tub (love it), two chairs, and good light for reading. Some repairs need to be done to the flooring, so someone doesn't hurt their foot on the raised boards. Breakfast is classic hotel food, but a notch above. The outside needs serious pick up of cigarette butts, paper, bottles, etc. The entrance has a hazard, where the sidewalk is cut out for a vent. Someone could easily walk into the drop and hurt themselves. Needs immediate attention. Good parking for an RV or trailer. Cracker Barrel is next door for meals.

Super 8 by Wyndham FairmontNewly redone and clean. Great bed and mattress. Two chairs and four lights so you can read anywhere. Laminate flooring which we like. Next door to Cracker Barrel.

Clean and Convenient
Baymont by Wyndham Bartonsville PoconosThe room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, firm with a soft top layer. Parking lot was large and had room for our travel trailer. Restaurant at the hotel had decent food. The restaurant is near the corridor to the rooms, so non-guests have access to that area. Fire doors were propped open too. You might ask for another wing.

Easy on and off highway
Best Western Grand Victorian InnShort and easy road off of 17. Hotel has a restaurant. The nearest other options for eating are about 1/2 mile away. Big parking lot if you are towing something. Spacious clean room. Basic hot breakfast and yogurt, cereal, etc. Good area to walk the dogs.
