Solid but not exceptional
La Quinta by Wyndham EmporiaThe room was clean, the location easy access to I-35, and there are small grassy areas outside the front and side for easy dog walking. The place was sold out and was remarkably quiet as a whole, but the walls are thin, and we did hear sound bleed from above us. In essence, a solid experience. We would not hesitate to book there again if we needed room in that city, but we wouldn’t go out of our way to stay there or alter our travel plans to give it another go.

A great find
Hotel Santa FePerhaps the nicest place we’ve stayed in our BringFido history. Lovely (albeit smallish) room with balcony, a staff who loves dogs and rolls out the carpet for them, great hotel restaurant, close proximity to old town Santa Fe and market. My only quibble was that we were surprised by a resort fee on the bill -- not exorbitant nor undeserved, but just unexpected. We would stay there again with or without our dog.

Solid Accommodations
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oklahoma City - NW ExpwyOur room was fine, the front desk folks very friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very positive. The only drawbacks for us were the condition other guests left the dog area in--some people clearly don't pick up after their pets. A slightly disappointing breakfast spread, and the location being a bit further from I-35 than we had initially appreciated (our fault). All that said, we would not hesitate to stay there again. And this was the most economical La Quinta we encountered on our trip (and we stayed at three different ones).

Great experience
La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix ScottsdaleThis was the nicest La Quinta we experienced on our trip. Great check-in staff, the rooms in the best conditions, the soundproofing excellent (or else we just had very quiet neighbors), a pristine pet area, and good breakfast options. This is however Scottsdale and it was more costly than other La Quintas on our trip, even while still much cheaper than other Scottsdale options. Would stay there again.

Comfortable but worn
Mansion House MotelEasy parking, easy access to street. Staff send electronic code to access room since there is no check-in desk earlier in the check in day. The room was comfortable, clean, but needs a refresh - furniture and bedding clearly worn a bit. That said, the staff was terrifically helpful and friendly when we reached them by phone.
