Convenient location
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham MiddletownFrom the check-in to the checkout, our stay was wonderful! The rooms were spotless, stocked with plenty of clean towels, a nice closet, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. There was a section of laminate flooring, perfect for our dogs bowls, and bed. The staff was kind, attentive, and even asked if we would like recommendations for restaurants! Breakfast, pool, and patio too!

Sketchy location
Red Roof Inn CortlandThis hotel was old and run down. The room seemed clean but there was an unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned while we were there, but I’m not sure this isn’t protocol since Covid. Also, any activity in the hall sounded like it was right in front of your door, and our second morning there, we were woken up by a toilet flushing.
