Disappointing

We reserved a superior king room for two adults and one dog. Upon arrival, they had our reservation, but did not know that we had a dog and changed our room from the 2nd to 1st floor. While the room was basically clean, there was a poorly patched roof leak with caulk all over the curtains and a mess around the window. The bed was comfortable; however, the pillows were like pancakes. There was no hair dryer and the light/fan unit in the bathroom was extremely loud.

There was hair in the shower along with a tab from a bottle. The shower took a bit to heat up. The microwave is placed very low and not handy to use and the small refrigerator, normal room size, was very noisy. There is no closet or cubby area and the iron and ironing board are hanging on the wall along with the metal rack to hang your clothes on. The television only worked periodically and stated "no signal." There is green space in the back and along the adjacent locations to walk our dog. The elevator was broken and not all doors were accessible. While we made do for one night, we will not choose this hotel again.
