Great Location, But . . .

Easy walk to the river front, but area to relieve pet adjacent to the valet parking area is overgrown. Walked my dog to a grassy location across the street; not convenient and as a solo traveler, I did not feel safe or secure leaving the Holiday Inn property to walk my dog in darkness.
