Did not stay

The lobby was shabby and dirty, the attendant not friendly. As I drove around to find the room I noticed filthy parking lot with trash and overgrown weeds. A couple stopped me to say they had to have their sheets changed because they had blood on them. It was late and the place gave me the creeps and didn’t feel safe. I went back to the front desk, told attendant I couldn’t stay there and she said ok leave the key. Not surprised didn’t ask why, nothing. Apparently this happens frequently, as I went to a much cleaner hotel next door and they said they had several guests that had left there also. Awful experience especially when you are tired from traveling and your dog wants out of the car.
