Needs to be totally replaced

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson

If they are remodeling when are they going to start? We had just traveled about 11 hours and were very tired and this is what came into. The carpet is very dirty-looking and stained down the hallways & in the rooms. There were a couple of cockroaches roaming around the doorway to the room. Water trickling in the bathtub all night long. Doors on a couple of rooms that I looked into the paint was peeling off. The reason I saw two rooms I was placed on the first floor by my request but it only had one bed, not the two beds that I asked for, I had to be placed on the second floor in order to get the 2 beds.

Shortly after we got settled in our room I got a text on my phone from the hotel stating if we needed anything to text back and the staff would assist me on our needs. The staff was very helpful in getting us settled in but when we needed more towels I texted the hotel and I had to go down to the front desk to get the towels. I found out the reason for the text messages was that the phones in the rooms were dead and didn't work. I thought La Quinta Inns were 3 to 4-star hotels but NOT this one. We WERE going to stay another night on our way back home but I'm not going to stay at that dump. From a La Quinta silver member.
