It's a no for me

I'm pretty tolerant but my curtains are moldy, the non-smoking room smells like smoke and the AC unit is covered in dust/dirt. My fridge has no shelves and isn't really cooling and I can't get the tub to stop dripping. There are hair balls in my floor that didn't come from my dogs; it looks like human hair given the length.
