Great pit stop for the pup
Las Cruces Dog ParkNice break for dogs while traveling. Even though we had to stop during a hot afternoon, there are lots of shaded areas and fresh water to keep the dogs comfortable.

Available on short notice but not quite pet-friendly
Howard Johnson by Wyndham Wichita AirportWe needed to stop earlier than planned and this hotel had a pet room left. We booked same day through BringFido. Upon check-in, the clerk said our dog was welcome as long as it was quiet and well behaved--and if he got complaints about the dog barking, he would ask us to leave. He then put us in a room next to ice and vending machines, the main door, and the elevator. Between the dog being on alert to all the noise and us being on alert to prevent the dog from barking at all the noise, it was not a restful stay for any of us.

Friendly and Clean
Motel 6 Las Cruces NM - TelshorWe booked same day through BringFido. We had a late check-in. The reception area was well lit, the clerk was friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely. And clean! They have a couple gravel areas to walk your dog. The hotel was sold out but the room was quiet.
