Has potential but needs work

We have stayed here a few times as there's enough that we like about it. Friendly staff, great location, lots of green space for our dog, and quiet, comfortable rooms with good beds. But similar to other comments, it's old and tired and needs a deep clean. Our latest room clearly wasn't vacuumed with dog hair on the rug, no phone in the room, and ice machines never work. There's a lack of freshness to the room too but it somehow works for us as Best Western loyalty customers. We'll change if it deteriorates from this.
