Do NOT stay here

On the plus side, the fee for my stay was refunded to me. I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

On the minus side, until several corrections are made, BringFido should remove this listing from their site. Here are some of the issues we encountered:
- No soap is provided for the rooms, only shampoo. Even after asking several times, we never received this basic item
- There was no toilet paper or trash cans in the rooms. After requesting toilet paper, we were provided 1 roll. Toilet paper holder was broken and unusable. We also received a plastic bag to put our trash in.
- The units are in various states of disrepair, from fridges that won't open, to torn chairs, curtain rods that fall off the wall, filthy carpets, inoperable light switches, etc
- In addition to serving travelers, this facility operates as housing. There is a lot of noise, music, etc in the hallways, late into the evening/night
- There is a sickeningly sweet odor permeating the floor we were assigned to (3rd)
- There are no elevators, be aware those with mobility challenges
- There were cars "hanging out" in the parking lot, not in any parking space, but just there, occupied
- TV didn't work
- Even though these are "suites" with a kitchen, there are no dishes, utensils, etc so unless you are bringing your own things, you will not be able to use as anticipated.

I could go on, but you get the idea. If we hadn't arrived so late, with elderly relatives in tow, we would have left and found somewhere else to stay.

Fantastic hotel for a stop on a road trip

Travelodge by Wyndham in Holbrook was lovely. Perfectly clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, access to washer/dryer, breakfast, and an indoor swimming pool that was clean and usable. Though there is no nearby grassy area, our dogs had no issues finding acceptable gravel or dirt patches to do their business. After staying in multiple hotels on our 7500-mile road trip, I have to say that this was one of the top two hotel facilities we encountered, and we would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to Cornell and Ithaca

Comfortable rooms. Easy access to plenty of grassy areas for dogs. Friendly staff. Waffles, bagels, oatmeal, juice and coffee for breakfast. Close to busy roadway so must drive for any real walks/hikes with dogs. This didn’t pose any issues though.

Well kept hotel, great hiking nearby

A well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a solid continental breakfast. Close to Buttermilk Falls where you can join several trails for hikes. Downtown Ithaca and Cornell are close by and easily reachable by car. Would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable room

This location is very walkable with lots of grassy areas nearby to walk the dogs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
