Disappointed
La Quinta by Wyndham JoplinAfter prepaying and reserving a king room with Jacuzzi, my disappointment was not getting the Jacuzzi. It was given to someone else, even though it was available when I called and I was asked to pre-pay. And it was confirmed and I had a confirmation number. The hotel blamed me for using a third-party to reserve. I’m definitely disappointed. Hotel did refund the difference.
