Best Ever!!!!
Capitol Reef Inn & CafeI Loved this place so much I did not want to leave! Sweet people, sweet room and furnishing, sweet restaurant food. Could not have been better....and much shade in the hot desert!

pretty perfect
Baymont by Wyndham Yakima Riverfrontit was such a pleasant relief to stay here. They had such clean floors...sensibly using laminate instead of carpet. It was so easy to walk out the sliding glass door onto a grassy lawn and just yards away from the riverwalk trail. I had a peacefull night.

really miserable
Hotel ZyvaThis motel had very little positive going for it. The room, on opening the door, smelled disgustingly of a perfumed cleaner covering pet odors. It was revolting! There was dirt around all the carpet edges. The phone was so dirty I held it away from me to use it. The freezer compatment of the refrigerator was unusable because it had not been defrosted in so long. The carpet and chairs were nasty with stains. The only clean things were the bathroom and, gratefully, the sheets. If I weren't so very tired from a long day of driving I would have simply left. There was absolutley nowhere to take the dog out to walk or potty. The adjacent field and back of the parking lot were filthy with litter and drug paraphenalia.
The desk offered no help, when asked, of where to take the dog out. The desk also had to be harshly requested to finally check on a banging sound coming from overhead. Not only will I never return but will also never stay at another Super 8.
