Strange experience
La Quinta by Wyndham Virginia BeachSince I travel with my dog I am VERY grateful for places that take pets but I really felt overwhelmed by the number of pets staying here at Thanksgiving. A large dog was running around the halls unattended and barking frantically to the point that another guest warned me and was very concerned that someone should do a welfare check in the room the dog kept jumping on. Finally someone confined the poor thing in a stairwell where it barked for hours. It was distressing. The staff was very efficient and professional aside from the above incidence.

Econo Lodge KingsportLocation is fairly old but very clean. The main drawback is that there appears as though there are people living there. They were a bit loud, talking loudly outside if my room at 5 A.M.
