Great property, right on I-40

Okay but....
Forest Park Hotel by MDRThis older hotel has been updated in some respects — for example, the bed linens, pillows and mattress were very nice. However, the carpets are old, and the parking lot and small grass areas have lots of trash strewn about. They were fine with our two dogs.
