Could have been nice but

I was very disappointed in this place. Yes, I was traveling with a dog, a very well behaved dog! However, this was not my first time staying at a dog friendly location. Never before have I been charged premium price for a room in such bad shape. The carpet had holes dug in it in several places and was filthy. Yet I was charged top dollar. I called the front desk to make sure they were aware as I did not want to be charged for the damages. They said yes, but still charged me top dollar. They will not get any more of my business!!
