Very pet friendly accommodations
Clarion Inn Harpers Ferry - Charles TownWhile the hotel and room is rather plain it is clean and very accommodating. Pet rules not onerous as many hotels. Lots of area to walk. Excellent location, convenient to Harpers Ferry and Charles Town.

OK, I suppose
The Anchor Inn and MarinaThe Anchor Inn offered a plain and clean room with a spectacular view of Seneca Lake, but limited front desk hours are a problem. A really gorgeous stream next to the motel.
