Convenient, Nice Place.
La Quinta by Wyndham Casper Event Center AreaWE booked our room a day in advance and when we arrived they had no record of us booking. Took a few minutes but they were able to accommodate us and get us a king size room for 3 animals. Room has a weird set up bathroom wise but it’s spacious and clean. There’s a nice grassy area in front of the office, haven’t discovered If there’s a pet area yet. Free breakfast. Overall we had a good one night stay.
Good Olace
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Amarillo Mid-CityLarge room with king size bed. Smelled like someone had smoked in it in the past but wasn’t horrible. It was clean. The carpet was worn but it being a pet room I was happy. Free breakfast. I didn’t feel unsafe. My only complaint is the potty area for dogs was small and full of poop and they were out of bags.
Eh, Not Good.
Motel 6 Port Allen LA - Baton RougeStaying here was my first experience with my pets. Two dogs and a cat. The price was way too much for the state of the room. The room was small, and dirty. I appreciated that there were “hardwood” floors but with the Louisiana humidity they were wet and sticky. There were dead bugs everywhere and I had to sleep fully clothed because the bed creeped me out. I expected more I guess for the price. Would not recommend this place unless you are desperate but I’m sure there’s better places for the same price. It’s also kind of a sketchy area
Nice Place
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge - Port AllenNewer hotel so cost was a little higher than were used to paying for a la Quinta. The room was nice though and my dogs got to enjoy an elevator ride for the first time. Doors/walls may be a little thing and I have a noisy dog so may have been a down side for other guests. Large grassy area that’s well maintained ~ beware of mosquitoes though!
