Never Again!

We end up in a room with stains on the floor and on the sofa! The hotel was simply full of BS from our arrival up to the departure. We asked for the free shuttle to the airport to be delayed by only 30 minutes if we were the only people on it at that time (07:30pm). We were told it was not possible because other clients were also taking the same shuttle...Nobody turned up! I asked the driver to check with the front desk...We were told the 'other' party had cancelled! The front desk (woman) was REALLY not friendly, not professional and did not care at all about our pets. Our stay was really not pleasant. We will NEVER go back to this hotel. Not recommended for pet owners...Not recommended for human beings! From now on, I'd rather pay a fee for my pets and get a real service...In fact, we were charged for it but allegedly it is free for pets to stay there!!
