Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

We arrived to a trainer/ trainee fight, where the trainee informed the trainer that she didn't care and didn't have to put up with the trainers attitude because she had another job. The TRAINER stormed off not to be seen again thru our whole horrible experience. We booked our hotel thru BringFido so we assumed that they knew we had our pups with us... unfortunately we were sent to a room on the seventh floor which was a complete mess. I returned to the front desk with my pooch to get another room and was berated for have a dog on the seventh floor. I explained that I had booked thru BringFido and they should know I a dog. The trainee assigned another room on the appropriate " dog" floor (4th). So I returned to the 7 th floor disaster room to collect my things and my husband to move to our " dog assigned floor" only to find our key didn't work. I went back to the front desk to get a new key only to wait in line behind 4 other guests who also had key issues, only to be told by the trainee ,who was quitting, we shouldn't keep them by our credit cards because that would render them ineffective. We were comped a drink ( one drink) from the bar for our troubles. At this point we were too exhausted to hit the town so we ordered room service, which was good.... very expensive... but good. $135.00 for two meals ( one being a Cobb salad and the other ribs). I would definitely not recommend this hotel to ANYONE who has a dog, is extremely tired and wanting to relax or who wants to experience the amazing city of Memphis.
