Caution!

3 years ago this was a very nice experience. This past trip however was horrible. The first room wreaked of cat urine, the second room had NO heat on a night that was freezing, and the third room which I ended up staying was tolerable. The tv remote did not work in the room I stayed in but compared to the other rooms that was just fine. Having a pet I stayed on the first floor but I noticed that the elevators were out of order. The staff was very friendly but good gracious the hotel needs some love.
