Not a Good Location
Extended Stay America Select Suites Roanoke AirportWe chose this property largely because it would accommodate our dog and was also equipped with a full kitchen, which we felt we might need on our way home from Florida during the covid-19 outbreak. Room was okay. Bed excellent. But property was located immediately adjacent to a major highway, and the noise was bad. Property exterior not well maintained. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Attractive Facility, Excellent Service
Host Inn All SuitesWe stayed here for one night on the way home from Florida during the covid-19 outbreak. We had an attractive suite where everything was in top notch shape and worked well. The Inn was not serving its usual full breakfast during the outbreak but provided packaged breakfasts to each client, based on forms that clients could fill out ahead of time. Room rate was very reasonable, although we paid almost as much for our dog. Nonetheless, even with that expense, the overall cost was reasonable. A very good choice for us.

A Top Notch Renovation
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Myrtle Beach - N Kings HwyThis appears to be an older property that is undergoing an extensive renovation. The building is currently being reroofed, and equipment and fencing provides something of an obstacle cost, but the inconvenience is minimal. Folks traveling with pets are housed on the first floor, adjacent to an area for walking dogs. Staying here with a pet was comfortable and convenient.
