Holiday Inn express new bern nc.

Was very disappointed at check in. We were told a one-time fee of $50. For our 3 night stay from Fido but when we arrived they tried to tell us there was a change in rules it was $50 a nite. I had printed our receipt from BringFido and the manager said he would accept for that stay but we would never use that again. I hope that you do not recommend this hotel. It was dirty in the bathroom and the toilet had feces stuck to the bowl of it. Git up in the am to take a shower and noticed a puddle of water coming out on the floor. We could have slipped on this in the middle of the nite and this was not from our dog she was confined. Do not recommend this hotel. We however are completely satisfied with BringFido and will continue to use your services. Thank you.
