Phenomenal
Captain Woody'sthe service was great they made sure we had plenty of water for our dog. The food was absolutely delicious. I have to recommend their He crab soup perfect mixture of spice and zest. it was literally a crab lover’s dream in a bowl. Definitely can’t say enough good things about our visit.

Fake
The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel East BrainerdI actually worked here and it is not what it seems. While their groomers are great the rest of the amenities are poor to say the least. The management is appalling if there is an incident ( such as an injury, fight, or a dog displaying odd behavior) they do not contact the owners until pick up or until it gets worse. Some of the staff genuinely care for the dogs but are unable to improve the situation due to management. For the safety of your dog I would not recommend the Ark.
