A large secluded dog beach where they can run!
North Beach Access ParkThis was a great area to take the dogs to run and play in the sand and water! It is nice and secluded, plus it is a large area of beach!!!

A great state park
Orchard Beach State ParkThis was a great place to camp with our dogs! The only thing that would have made it better is a dog park area, but I don’t think many of the state parks have those. There are also a couple of nice dog beaches not too far away!

Small but handy
Dog Park at Douglas Recreation AreaThis was a nice area to let our dogs loose. It’s not huge and there were no other dogs there when we went, but that is fine with us. No it’s not right on the beach, but there is a nice dog beach just up the road. It was a great area to stop!

Nice beach area!
First Street BeachThere is a pretty large area of beach between the pier heads that is well marked as being dog friendly. This is a great spot with nice sand. The dogs and I loved it!

Great dog beach!
Buttersville ParkAlthough a little out of the way from town, this is a great beach for the dogs to be able to swim with the kids. We had a great time here and will be back!
