Key issue

It was a great location, very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Fair warning we went for a late night walk and returned to the motel where our key card would not work. We called all the available numbers and there was no answer. The front desk closes at night and there are no phones in the rooms- as we asked a neighbor to call for us. It took about 45 mins before we were able to get back into the room which had all of our belongings including car keys and wallets. That is the sole reason for my 3/5 rating. I understand things happen but it was extremely stressful. The motel is pet friendly which is great but you will most likely need to visit one of the parks near by if you need to take your pet out to the bathroom. Ice machine does not work so we visited the gas station down the street for our cooler. The room doesn't include a fridge or microwave.
