Dirty

For the amount of money I paid ($680 for 3 nights with pet fee), I expected way more. The check-in person was not nice at all. She acted as if I was bothering her. The exit sign on my floor was dangling by a live wire. I called the front desk to ask if there was a hotel shuttle service, she breathed loudly and said no! My room had visible stains on the upholstered chairs so I never sat in them, a live roach on the curtain that I had to kill, the floor was sticky, the TV remote didn't work, the kitchen cabinets were dirty, the windows were so bad that I had to clean them to see the ocean, there was black mold on the tile ledge behind the toilet, visible dust in the bathroom vent, and white mold around the entire outside of the balcony door. I have pictures of everything if management would like to contact me. I didn't move to another room as I felt it wouldn't have made a difference. I was kept up until 3am with loud music and parties. The smell of marijuana on the balcony was overwhelming! All hours of the day and night, there was so much smoke that I couldn't keep the door open to enjoy the breeze. I was afraid my room would smell like smoke, and they would charge ME their "$150 cleaning fee" for smoking. I would NOT take children here! This is NOT a family-friendly hotel!! Needless to say, I wont be back.
