No pet area

Motel 6 Clovis NM

Should have read the other review before booking.
No pet area. There is a vacant lot behind the hotel and restaurant I had use. It was overgrown, and full of trash. It was gross. I felt so bad for my dogs every time I walked them.
Also there is a train across the street.

Updated rooms and pet area

Motel 6 Childress TX

Rooms have been recently updated and they have a pet area. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

No pet area

Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque North

Stayed here because it is pet friendly however there is no pet area on property. There is some dry grass up against fence but other than that there is gravel. No doggie pick up bags or trash cans either.

OK room, great customer service

Motel 6 Green River UT

The room was OK. The mattress was very squeaky but surprisingly comfortable. Not the best Motel 6 I stayed at during my travels but the customer service made up for it. Rachel at the front desk was awesome! She even called once we were settled to make sure the room was OK. I would stay here again.

Better on the inside

Motel 6 Hermison OR - Umatila

It is dated on the outside however my room had recently been remodeled. Pet friendly flooring, comfy beds. Small bathroom had not been redone but sink is not in the bathroom so that was a plus.
I gave 2 bones because there is no pet area. Yes they allow pets but there is no pet area on the property. I had to walk my dogs across the alley to a vacant lot that was dead grass and a little bit of trash.

Hidden fees

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Farmington

The only reason I am giving them a 2 is for the surprise charge. Prepaid for room per BringFido policy. Arrived for check in and was asked for my credit card. I informed reception that I had prepaid. After she verified I was told she still needed my card for a $65 incidental fee that woukd be returned upon check out. I never would have booked with them had I known at the time I prepaid. I knew that by refunding the charge less than 24 hours later I would be out the $65 for a few days and I needed the money for my next hotel room as we were on a tight budget for our travels. Sure enough because they issued a return before the money had cleared it took over 5 business days.
She also had a slight attitude when verifying I needed an ADA room ending the conversation with questioning me if I had a handicap sign for my vehicle. Will not be staying here on my return trip.
