Not the best experience at first, but it worked out

We had booked a king bed room, but it was changed to what we were told would be a two queen room. The room was a two full room. The front desk clerk was VERY helpful in locating another room at a nearby Extended Stay in Durham (since this facility was booked full) and they comped us for two nights! This facility is obviously an older one, so it is showing its age. The one in Durham is nicer. And all Extended Stays are pet friendly.
