The staff were INCREDIBLE - so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel was, as all Kimptons are, so dog-friendly - every room allows pets and has hardwood flooring so no need to worry. Rooms are super modern, comfortable and beautiful, and beds are very comfy. We've never felt more at home in a hotel with our dog. 10 bones!

Good location downtown near Beale Street and convenient parking with elevator from garage to hotel, but otherwise, a little disappointing. Rooms were not as nice as they appear online - a little shabby and not super clean. Our shower wouldn't drain, and the elevators smelled like someone peed on a fish. Dog-friendly, but for the price and pet fee I would have hoped for it to be a little bit nicer. No green area for dogs, but a small dog park is two blocks away. Laminate flooring in pet rooms a plus.

Very comfortable and large room, totally modern, and very quiet. Right above a pet boutique and next to a very nice dog park. We all had a great stay - couldn't recommend more!

Our pup's name was on a welcome board when we came in, and the excellent service continued from there. Very comfortable rooms, great balcony, beautiful view and cozy fireplace in the lobby. We all had a great time!

Beautiful hotel in a great part of Santa Fe minutes from downtown and around the corner from Santa Fe Brewery. Staff was attentive; room was large, clean and comfortable; room service was great; bed was comfy; and whole stay was very dog friendly. Only downside is not a lot of outdoor space to relax with your pup, so plan on staying out at one of the many local restaurants/bars that is dog friendly.

El Rancho is a beautiful, updated, kitschy hotel, but as the staff is diligently modernizing, the pet policies are getting more stringent. No longer are dogs allowed in the indoor restaurant, and though there is an outdoor patio, it's closed in colder months. The staff was accommodating with letting us takeout from the restaurant and eat on the benches outside, but this a far cry from earlier reviews touting a pet paradise. All in all, we had a great time, but lack of outdoor green space and the new policies made it challenging.

Contrary to how it might sound, this is not a motel for dolphins. It is a great spot for dogs and their humans! Totally renovated and right on the beach. This motel is cute, beachy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The back patio is dog friendly and that's where you want to be for sunset anyway - great food and drinks! Fantastic service!

First off: the restaurant has a three course dog menu! The patio is super comfortable even in colder weather, and the food and drink selection is unparalleled. Everything was amazing from the staff to the food/drink. Can't recommend enough!

This is exactly what you want in a roadside motel: clean, quiet, friendly and great rates. Pull up to your front door, walk your pooch on the lawns and get a great night's sleep. Too cold for the pool, but looked nice.

The staff is so friendly and the shop has something for everyone: tons of unique Route 66 souvenirs, home goods and sweets. Dogs are allowed inside, and the rocking chair is too fun to miss!

We had a lovely stop at the winery - bought a couple bottles of wine (both traditional and fruit) and enjoyed a glass on-site. Pups are welcome both in the tasting room and on the sizable outdoor decks. Very comfortable, very friendly and tasty wine!

Staff was very nice, and rooms had vinyl flooring, which is great to not worry about accidents. A little musty, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Noise between rooms was minimal, and tons of dogs on premises, so no worries about making too much noise. Our pup and we slept well.

Loved our stay here - room was large, comfortable and beautiful, and staff were so friendly to us and our pup. The experience felt tailored to us, even down to a concierge recommendation for a pet sitter so we could go out for dinner without worry. Great night's sleep for us and our pup, and will definitely be staying there again.

Huge outdoor patio that's very comfortable for people and pets alike. Our pup got a bowl of water as soon as we got our cocktails and the food, music, atmosphere and staff were great! Highly recommend.

The brewery was great - tons of outdoor seating including fireside that welcomed dogs. Food and beer were delicious and staff was great. Would highly recommend!
