Adorable spot to hide and kill time.
Le PichetWe wanted to lay low and relax while waiting for a friend. The restaurant is small but everyone was friendly and immediately asked if my husky would like some water. Our time there was very nice and I definitely would go back. The only drawback for anyone who is not a cold-weather dog is that there is no heating outside. I found this out when I called so I bundled up a little more before heading over. We had desert and espresso.
Tucked away.. kinda.
Tanner ParkI had to ask for help to get to the entrance, but we always have a great time (pretty much taking a hike lol)
The park has poopie bags around for convenience and is so full of smells the pups are pooped when we leave. Also, we have never had a negative experience here. Would recommend!
At the end of the drive
Mount Vernon's Dog Park at Bakerview ParkDecent sized yard type spot at the back end of the park. Most pups and parents are friendly and keep a respectful space bubble. As long as you are attentive to your pup, you can get a good little workout in while getting to properly socialize your furbaby.
Water fountain and shelter are usually accessible as well.
