Great location on boardwalk

Being on the boardwalk is one of the only nice things I can say about the hotel. The hotel itself is extremely active and loud. Do not bring Fido there if he's not good with noise and boatloads of kids. It would have been nice if the area the dogs can go to relieve themselves was larger and tended to. A lot of bad human behavior as far as cleaning up after Fido. in the outside area as well. Part of the area isn't even real grass. The hotel room was clean and newly renovated (hostel style-minimalist room), however, NOT the suite I paid for. I was downgraded, supposedly given a free night but they didn't put the voucher number on my paperwork. My promised late checkout wasn't handled correctly, shut out of my room precisely at 11 with my dog still inside. Promised free parking, I paid. I've been trying to call the reservations department to talk to someone and no one answers. Not a great way to run a hotel.
