Subpar room & breakfast

We chose this hotel for its location and price - both very good. But the room is quite dated, was smelly, needed a can of Lysol from housekeeping to make it livable. And their only hot breakfast option was unavailable during our stay - just yogurts, cereals, bagels, etc. So beware that the good cost may not be a good value.
