Great stay

Very nice hotel
Wingate by Wyndham BrunswickNewer remodeled room, clean, great comfy bed & bedding. Monica at the front desk is delightful. Only issue is that newer carpeting in our room smelled heavily of urine. We were so tired & didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms. Monica was always busy with a check in or on the phone when I would pass & think to mention it. I bought deodorizer from Cracker Barrel & sprinkled some perfume to help.
I personally would recommend hotels who want to be pet friendly to remove carpets from the designated rooms to avoid this problem. I had to watch my dog carefully & even put her in her carrier so she wouldn’t feel she too had to mark her place. Other than that we liked it & walk across the parking lot to Cracker Barrel was a big plus, as well as the big area to walk your dog. Very clean and very large.
