Worst Best Western we have ever stayed in
Best Western Plus High Country InnThe rooms were old, and poorly insulated. We could hear highway traffic, sirens, and conversations outside our room.. We could also hear conversations from adjoining rooms as well as doors slamming late into the night.
Upon check-in, the customer service agent was not friendly, and after waiting for her to end her private phone conversation, handed me the room keys, and said “you know where everything is, right?” It was raining/snowing and she just pointed at a building and said “your room is in that building”. That was really helpful.
It was our first and last visit at this location.
Yes, there was a dog park for pets, but it was cold and snowy so we did not use.
As for the positive, the room was clean, except for the carpets.
Wonderful location
Holiday Inn Express Springdale - Zion National Park Area an IHG HotelAmazing views, updated and clean rooms at this location, with a trail along the river that the dogs loved. The breakfast was great- we loved the breakfast sandwiches! Definitely the nicest Holiday Inn Express ever!
Very clean!
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cedar City an IHG HotelThe receptionist was so nice and asked the names of our pets upon arrival. The hotel was clean and very modern. We would definitely stay again!
