Terrible Customer Service
Landmark SuitesBooked a king room on 6/14, while en route (7/10) was informed no king available, also told too late to cancel. BringFido was NO help resolving the situation. I met with hotel manager to authorize full refund, but BringFido unresponsive about refund - so I’ve disputed charge thru CC company. Will NEVER use BringFido again !
