Sketchy

Extremely poor customer service. Very little parking, and what parking there was was extremely tight and offered no security from the local squatters. Hotel refuses to provide a receipt and added charges to our card that weren't part of the original agreement. Hotel says we have to contact Booking.com who has no record of the transaction because it was conducted in person at the hotel. BringFido customer service has tried to talk to the hotel for us, but to no avail. Bottom line: pay a couple extra bucks and stay someplace better.
