Exorbitant pet fees
Queen's Gate ResortWe had a pleasant stay at Queens Gate on Anna Maria Island. The hotel was peaceful, clean and comfortable however, the pet fees were exorbitant. In the manager's defense they did notify me of this fee prior to our reservation so this was transparent prior to our arrival.
Can’t wait to come back
Crystal Bay HotelThis staff was so welcoming and friendly to me and my senior dogs. The hotel was beautiful. Everything one could have wanted was previously anticipated. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. We hope to come back some day.
Hotel staff not helpful
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelWe were in a room directly next to a room that was having a party with yelling, screaming, slamming doors all night long. We called the front desk at 10pm, they stated they would do something about it. At 11pm nothing was done and the partying had escalated, with every yell our dogs would bark and become more anxious. This same scenario continued into the wee hours of the morning. When the staff was called the third time the lady stated “There is nothing we can do about this other than ask them to be quiet.” Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff not responsive at all. Sleepless night!
Quiet, clean, convenient!
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Raleigh SW NC State an IHG HotelThe hotel was very clean. The “dog friendly” rooms were on the first floor so easy in/out. There was a nice grassy area outback for the dogs to take care of business. Was peaceful and quiet-we all slept well! Will stay again when passing through.
