Quiet location, room booked not available

We booked a king supreme with easy access to outside for our pets, upon arrival we had to sacrifice our king supreme for a ground floor room. In our experience, hotels always claim to have a king supreme on the ground floor at booking and never have it at check in. The water was so hot, you could not stand under the shower for fear of scalding and I like very hot water. Floors were very dirty with dead bugs and the sink drained veeeery slowly. Positive, much quieter than we expected for the size of the hotel. Great location for us, will look for better accommodations for our pets.
