Disappointed
Aloft Detroit at the David WhitneyIn my experience, the best thing about this hotel is the the helpfulness of the reception staff. While the lobby is beautiful and the hotel is in a great location, the room was in disrepair. The door trim was pulling from the wall so much that nails were revealed. The water pressure in the shower was in and out and the room was even short a towel and a cup. For how much Aloft is charging I was expecting a lot higher quality. Would not stay here again.

Super friendly and clean
Kimpton Hotel Fontenot, an IHG HotelGreat location, no pet fee, extremely clean and super accommodating. This was the first hotel we’ve stayed in that actually had a dog bed, bowl, and treats in the room upon arrival—our pup was stoked. I would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Downtown RichmondThe hotel was super accommodating for our pup, the room was super clean, and it is in a good location for local restaurants and shops.
