Awful service and Quality

My fiancé and I drove for 3 hours to an event and had to bring our dogs because ewe are new to our town and didn’t know anyone. The front desk woman was rude to me and picked up the phone and was rude to customers asking simple questions in front of me. She then told me dogs cannot be left unattended in the room so we had to bring them to the event which made our night more stressful that intended. The hallway had food crumbs and trash outside of our door and our hotel room smelled so much off of urine it made our eyes water. We got back at 11 from the even and decided to do the 3 hour drive back because we couldn’t even imagine sleeping in that room. When we asked for a refund they refused. DO NOT STAY HERE.
