I have a rescue dog from Puerto Rico. She’s a terrier mix and very shy. Her age is estimated at 6 years old.

Keys didn't work

Unable to check-in due to key failure. Management was unable to give us a key to open the door to the room, so we never stayed. I give it 2 bones because they credited me for the room reservation; otherwise it would have been 1 bone.
