Worst experience ever!!

The power went out for 4 hours. I woke up immediately because the a/c shut off. Pitch black inside and I went out into the hallway, also pitch black. Very unsettling. Room was really warm, then when the lights came back on the fire alarm went off. I never did go back to sleep after the power outage. It was a miserable day traveling on only a few hours rest. I think they should have refunded my money.
