Friendly staff
Hampton Inn Cedar CityThe hotel had no designated area for the dogs. The room was carpeted. Luckily it was on the first floor near an exit door.

Near large dog park
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Durango Downtown an IHG HotelThe dog rooms are located on the 2nd floor, accessible only by the elevator. The keypad to access the stairs from the outside was not functioning. The hotel staff were unable to fix the problem. The hotel charged dog fee, but also a parking fee. Staff were friendly but not knowledgeable about the hotel. Lobby had coffee and water but no drinking cups. The room was noisy due to thin walls. I would not recommend this hotel if traveling with dogs.

Decent stay
Super 8 by Wyndham MontroseQuiet, friendly staff. Dog area is gravel. I would say it was okay not great. The room was crowded with too much furniture.
