Many things right

The hotel was wonderful in the fact that it had great amenities for the two and four legged. Great clean puppy park or adjacent field if your dog doesn’t prefer company. Clean dog beds and bowls provided in the room. The shuttle they provide to downtown is also dog friendly! Nice pool and a decent hot breakfast included.

The cons… check in was late. Not just late in general (4pm) but the room wasn’t ready by that time due to being short staffed. The rooms were mostly clean but still remaining dog hair in piles behind the door from previous guests on the floor. Ok no big deal, we all love our pets. But then I had to wipe up water that spilled on the floor, the towel came back up almost black. The floors haven’t been cleaned in quite some time.

If you able to make a room request, ask to be towards the back as the road noise on Ponce de Leon is quite noisy and the motorcycles did wake me up through out the night. I would stay again as the staff is very nice and they do accommodate the dogs very well. But now I know how to make the stay a bit better.
